Conor Hughes

Conor is a versatile developer specialising in HTML5 technologies and server operations.

Here at Target McConnells, Conor is responsible for the creation, maintenance, optimization, security and SEO of WordPress sites and servers. He also assists in building standard and rich HTML 5 banner ads before publishing for QA. Other duties include eDM building and testing.

Conor has worked on Vodafone CentreStage and Vodafone Comedy sites, optimising them to handle the large influx of users during the summer months.

He instituted a new WordPress security system that has to date fended off over 30,000 attacks.

Conor is an extremely calm individual, with an eye for future tech trends. Catching the death of Flash early in July, enabling us to prep for September’s shutdown date.
