Conrad Gallagher is the Chief Executive Officer of Food Concepts 360. Located in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Food Concepts 360 counts royal families and heads of government as clients.

Gallagher entered the food industry in his early 20s, working for several renowned restaurants, including the Michelin-starred ‘Restaurant Peacock Alley’ based in Dublin, Ireland. Gallagher has more than thirty years of experience in international hospitality management, and has specialist knowledge of concept development, company restructuring and brand management. Gallagher brings his wealth of experience to his most recent role at Food Concepts 360, where he is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company.

Gallagher took a position in 2016 with Aura Hospitality & Food Services, based in Doha, Qatar. In his role as the Group Executive Chef and Culinary Director, Gallagher led the design, development and launch of 31 brands and 52 food outlets, as well as creating a state-of-the-art central production kitchen that had over 180 chefs. Gallagher’s excellent work with the company soon saw him promoted to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, a role in which he was responsible for the overall strategy and focus of the business, as well as managing the operational activities and day-to-day activities.

Gallagher is married with three children and enjoys fishing, hunting, wine making and olive oil making in his spare time.
