After a successful career in banking which included a spell in corporate strategy, I gained a passion for digital whilst COO of a member of the ‘Deloitte Fast 500’ fastest-growing technology firms. This led me to start my own digital business, which I grew into its clear category leader with 80+ staff, as well as an exceptional 95%+ customer satisfaction rating.
Having now handed over leadership at my previous role, I’m seeking my next challenge where I hope to make use of my unique experience, having led both corporate business units as well as new digital ventures, built market-leading direct channels as well as blue-chip partnerships, and been at the centre of an industry responding to unprecedented disruption.
Personally I embrace new challenges, where I’ve learnt - often the hard way - the importance of embracing modern management techniques, whether it’s lean approaches to new ventures, agile product development or OKRs to drive performance. I also love building high-performing teams, where my last venture was named in 2019’s ‘Escape 100’ best UK smaller companies to work for, and I achieved a 97% personal approval rating on leading employer ratings website Glassdoor.
