I have been fighting a stranger for my mother who has Alzheimer disease for 4 years. My mother is under a conservatorhsip of a San Francisco professional conservator/trustee who receives thousands of dollars from our family trust to put mom into nursing homes to rot and isolating her from family. I had every legal document to include both health and general durable power of attorney and as the only surviving child, I am named as successor trustee of the family trust, executor of mom's will, and soul beneficiary. This San francisco professional fiduciary is neglecting and isolating all of his conservatees by placing them into one facility to gain leverage. Facilities are in fear of losing a mass number of patients if they disobey orders to stop communications with me and other family members. When our family trust is out of money, the fidiciary will leave my mother who has alzheimer alone and if she dies, the fiduciary buries conservatees, informing family members after. The San Francisco probate court is on overwhelm and does not monitor my mother's well-being nor listen or check on my complaints of negligence. Please check your parent's estate planning documents and add if someone, other than who is named in trust acts as conservator, they do not receive a penny for their efforts. Guard your own future and that of your parent's by making sure your wishes are fulfilled if death or incapacity occurs.
