The question is always asked how was the name Renee Aaron chosen? Renee is actually Constance Thomas, the founder’s middle name and Aaron is her husband Kristopher’s middle name. Once they were married, two became one. This name holds a special place not just for the name, but it was birthed out of Constance’s personal journey of planning her own wedding.

As time passed Constance came into a newfound love for covering events within the City of Detroit. She felt the need to start to post about the positive happenings within the city; with the current crisis of bankruptcy and corruption in the headlines, this was a way to tell the story of smaller groups with positive impacts.
Constance aims to be a voice for smaller people wanting to be heard in a giant community. Renee Aaron Events goal is to bring awareness to those within the City of Detroit about these events, but those from all over the nation and world.
