Constantino Poulakis

Constantino Poulakis is a New Lenox, Illinois-based entrepreneur who serves as Rose Management, LLC, operations manager and oversees a broad spectrum of commodity investment and corporate acquisition activities. With an extensive property management background, Constantino Poulakis leads a firm that has earned distinction as one of the 500 fastest growing enterprises in the Chicago, Illinois area.

Mr. Poulakis’ experience extends to law enforcement, and he served as an agent with the United States Customs Task Force. A focus was on the investigation of narcotics cases, and he assisted in the seizure of 10 tons of drugs, as well as $6 million in U.S. currency.

Previously serving for five years as a police officer in Palos Park, Mr. Poulakis earned “South Suburb Top Cop” recognition, as well as the department's Medal of Valor, as he served the needs of local citizens. He began his time in law enforcement as a community service officer with the Orland Park Police Department, where he provided assistance to upper management while issuing parking tickets and enforcing code. Philanthropically focused, Mr. Poulakis has contributed to organizations that assist underserved young children.
