I am an independent management consultant with a passion for creating lasting and beneficial strategic change for my clients.

I have a track record over 25 years in delivering commercially beneficial strategic change in organisations. I have worked in many sectors including oil and gas, utilities, leisure, telecommunications, central and local government and the MoD. I'ver travelled the world in this time working on five continents. Most of my work over the last 15 years has been leading and managing projects to help organisations become more effective through organisation, process, people and strategy change.
