She has over 14 years experience in the financial services industry and 5 years teaching as an adjunct professor. Erica owns Pretium Learning, LLC, a human resources consulting company providing professional development workshops to businesses of all sizes. Her areas of expertise include Marketing, Small Business Management, International Business and Cultural Awareness, Business Etiquette and Business Communication. In her free time, she dedicates giving back to community by working with local Houston area schools through League of United Latin American (LULAC) Council 688's Road to Reading Program.
