I love to cook! I grew up in a small town in Wyoming. If you wanted to eat something you had to know how to make it. That is where my passion for cooking began. I spent a year and a half on an LDS mission in Rome, Italy. That just increased my love for really good food. Since then I have honed my culinary skills. I had a food truck, I teach cooking classes and I am a demonstrator for Wolf appliances at Carpets Plus in St. George, Utah. My culinary approach to food is make it fresh, simple and delicious.
