Providing learning enrichment opportunities after school and during summer break, Cool Kids Learn, Inc. (CKL) engages students as they increase their academic skills with hands-on activities. The program provided by Cool Kids Learn, Inc., applies a three-part learning model, which includes projects to enhance reading, math, and critical thinking abilities. With locations across the Southeastern U.S. in schools and community facilities, CKL serves more than 3,000 students.

Cool Kids Learn, Inc., supports a model that respects and promotes student diversity and the value of multiple learning styles. Balancing flexibility with core standards, CKL adheres to a code of conduct that applies to both staff and students. In an effort to boost student achievement, their educational model encourages praising academic and behavioral success.

Headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida, the Cool Kids Learn, Inc., executive management team maintains a focused commitment to promoting student learning. President Andrea Kilpatrick worked for eight years consulting for McKinsey & Company, including a three year leadership position for the firm's nonprofit practice. In addition to this considerable experience communicating and collaborating with other nonprofit and government entities, Ms. Kilpatrick holds multiple degrees from distinguished academic institutions, including a Bachelor of Arts in English and African-American Studies from Princeton University, a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, and a Master's in Education from Oxford University.

Prior to serving as Director of Programming at Cool Kids Learn, Inc., Cutari Copeland taught at the elementary level. She has years of experience developing reading programs for students with reading challenges. With a record of serving on a number of education advisory committees, Ms. Copeland's experience includes developing and instituting plans to assist student progress. She earned a Master of Science in Education Management from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida A&M University.
