Charles E. Cooper Jr. is emerging as a versatile painter. illustrator, fashion designer and cartoonist From Westminster, Maryland.

I am a Graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Fashion Design and Illustrations. I have been a educator in the Baltimore Public School System and Most Currently at the Boys and Girls Club of America in Westminster, MD and I also instruct classes at the Carroll Arts Center.

I create very colorful and vivid painting based on my environment and what i think that appeals to other people. I can personalized artwork to suit what a client wants. I love designing and creating hand painted garments and accessories. I am heavily invovled in the House Music scene.
