Christie has worked for one of the top three largest privately held firms in the US, where she has worked as a sales manager and trainer for most of her career. In 2008 she was a part of an award winning training department and has a passion to inspire learning in others.

Christie is President of Cooper Consulting Group, Inc,. This S-Corporation is dedicated to assisting individuals with leadership development and creating cohesive teams within organizations. Use Cooper Consulting Group, Inc, as an extension of your own training department or if your organization does not have a training department. Cooper Consulting Group can create a curriculum to meet the needs of your organization on a short-term or long-term contract basis. Individuals are always welcome!

After a needs assessment, Christie will create a customized training program to achieve your goals. Christie is a MBTI Certified Master Practitioner, a distinction only a few hundred peoplehold throughout the US and Canada. Christie also administers MMTIC, Firo-B and Strong Profiles.

In addition, Christie is a DiSC Certified Trainer and authorized distributor through Wiley, Emotional Intelligence Certified Trainer, and a Trained LPI 360 Coach. Christie is an Authorized Partner to administer Patrick’s Lencioni’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, an excellent tool to bring teams together for greater trust, conflict resolution, commitment, accountability and results.

As an authorized Channel Partner for Ken Blanchard, Christie conducts training in Situational Leadership II, the world’s most taught leadership style for more than thirty years.

As a Board Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, Christie has partnered with leaders and individuals to develop self-awareness, create plans and master new skills.

Christie is a Doctoral Candidate at Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. She holds a master’s degree in leadership from Azusa Pacific University. She is currently serving on the board for the Collaborative Education Program of the Americas. She has served her community by co-founding HOPE Ministry, now known as the Paramount Care Foundation, a 501(c)3.
