I'm a former Bell Labs engineer, researcher, and former professor, living in Nordjylland, Danmark, who likes to help groups solve complex problems in their products and organizations.

I am intrigued by design in fields from vernacular architecture to software and organizational design.

I love working with people and have found I have a good touch at challenging organizations to restructure their management and processes to reduce waste and to make things run smoothly.

I share my ideas through writing and public speaking.
