A StackExchange.com (SE) community proposal. SE is a network of communities started in 2008 by Jeff Atwood and Joel Spolsky with the StackOverload (SO) community. There are now 98 other communities in addition to SO on every topic imaginable, and the communities are thriving. Consider joining the CopyrightX community (still only in its infancy as a proposal) and contribute your voice to the global dialog about what copyright law should do both nationally and internationally.

Note however that the SE network is very subtle. It may seem like a discussion forum at first glance, but it is not. Spend some time reading about just how SE communities work. You'll probably want to be a part of this network for a long, long time, and your reputation on the SE network is computed numerically according to a very complex rule set that is at the heart of the network's success for the past 5 years.
