In highschool, my one-way commute to high school was 1.5 hours of subway. I took narcoleptic naps between stations. In college, my commute was 1 hour. I wrote an article on the emergence of holistic pet care and witnessed a three-legged dog swim. Now, my commute is only 50 minutes by car. I currently work as a consultant for a major payments network and have travelled to 11 US states thus far.
Last summer, I travelled to Nepal and hiked the "hills" of Lamjung. Last fall, my dragonboat team and I won 2nd place at a competition in Orlando, admittedly defeated by a boat of lightweight junior high schoolers.
This spring, I'll be running 16 miles out of a 200 mile, 12-person non-stop relay race in Cape Cod.
Sometimes, I take myself too seriously.
