Currently the COO of Fancentric.co. FanCentric is a Sports Fan subscription community that gives fans the ability to have access to educational tools that will allow them to have fractional ownership in the very teams that they cheer for through decentralized blockchain technology. These teams will have a range from major professional sports organizations down to semi-professional organizations across the globe. Members will have access to financial literacy products, digital currency and accredited investor curriculums, sports/athlete management, and other essential programs that will help bridge the gap between being a mere fan to eventually being a fractional owner of a franchise or league in our tokenized FanCentric ecosystems.

I have a solid understanding of budgetary fundamentals grant seeking and other financial matters. I am comfortable in presenting a positive public image interacting with potential donors and communicating with various levels of stakeholders. I take great pride in running a successful organization and in developing relationships. In my previous role as a Financial Analyst with Boys and Girls Club of America, I manage multiple aspects of budgets and grant management. I have demonstrated a tremendous ability to support and maintain numerous operational business objectives. A few of my successes include:

· Initiating comprehensive income and expense analysis which yielded a reduced month-end time by 18% and increased accuracy by 85%;· Created Summary Budget Sheets with grants totaling over $30M;· Developed Comprehensive Spend Rate Analysis.

Additionally,I have played an integral role in managing invoice processing, leading teams, and training and developing employees. I have trained staff members on software implementation, operational procedures, and policy and procedural changes. I have been integral in change management in each organization I have worked: the launch of operational objectives and work plans, leading strategies to increase profits for the business. One of my most notable accomplishments is that I identified weaknesses in the internal controls that created an accrual upheaval. I recommended changes that were adopted immediately by senior management.
