I've invested in, started and built many companies over the years and have extensive experience taking private companies public. I have also closed several acquisitions, as well as negotiated and often closed many mergers, strategic partnerships, license agreements, joint ventures and multi-million dollar lines of credit from hedge funds.

Through key business relationships, I have initiated and signed investment agreements totaling more than 25 million for companies I've founded. I bring value to those companies by identifying and utilizing leverage, building momentum in their marketplace and positioning the entities to maximize strategic resource and capital channels within the private and public markets. In addition, I help the companies plan and implement effective strategies designed to build their capabilities and resources (the pillars of successful companies).

As an executive or board member, I provide high level advisement on virtually all facets of business. I'm also avidly pursuing my goal of becoming an expert in leading-edge business strategy.

As a lifelong student of corporate strategy, I've read, studied and applied several books and countless articles relating to strategy (According to the Wall Street Journal, the most sought after executive skill set is strategic thinking). I Support the companies I join by bringing every skill set and business strategy I've learned and applied during my 20 years in business / leadership positions. I also utilize my extensive network of experienced business executives and advisers to further support the companies I create.
