Whether I am conducting a tree inventory in an urban area, restoring habitat on a nature preserve, or leading volunteers at a community event, I love working outdoors with plants and people.

I believe in the power of good research, thoughtful plant management, and strong writing and communication skills. My career goals are in the urban and community forestry, conservation, and natural resource management fields.

Recently, I have lived and worked in the amazing cities of Philadelphia, PA, San Diego, CA, and Honolulu, HI.

Now, I am based in Vancouver, BC, as a PhD Student at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Forestry.
