Corey Tanwir knows firsthand that accounting is a challenging field. After working in the field for many years, he has come to understand just how difficult it can be to keep up with the latest changes in regulations and standards. Initially, he was required to pursue a standard route through the accounting education system.

However, this wasn't enough for him - he wanted to be able to offer his clients the best possible service, so he continued learning on his own, taking courses in accounting that covered anything from basic bookkeeping to more advanced topics like the relative merits of government fund accounting and private GAAP. In the end, he was able to put his education and experience to use by rising through the ranks of a New York City accounting firm from data entry clerk to manager to owner.
