Corina Lorenzi started her career in Foreign Trade in Germany and successfully climbed the corporate ladder thanks to her natural ability to achieve and perform at the highest standards. During this time, she developed strong relationships with stakeholders from all levels - from factory workers to CEOs, allowing her to see opportunities and growth potential for these companies.

Motivated by the staggering statistics of 75% business failures in their first 4 years of existence, Corina's mission is to overturn it and to help business owners/managers to create profitable and sustainable organisations for which employees love working.

As Corina's popularity grew due to the success she has been able to achieve for her clients, she became a sought after Speaker at events, radio shows and for podcasts, with her articles published in various magazines.
As a mother of 2, Corina contributes to empowering the young generation to succeed by volunteering her skills to fundraisers and to local councils' initiatives.

Outside of work, Corina is passionate about Health, Human Rights and Poverty Alleviation.
