Corinne Morris

I am a 21 year old art major and photography minor currently a Senior at the college I am attending but because of scheduling purposes I will be attending college for another full year. My freshmen year I was doing graphic design but switched it to a B.A. in art so I could do a little bit of every thing, from Photoshop to painting.
I am not one of those artist that sticks to one medium, when I find a medium that come easily to me, I pick it up and add it to all the other mediums I use. Currently that would include charcoal drawing, I love getting my hands dirty with all the charcoal and photography looking through the view finder and know what I see is what the image is going to look like is very reassuring; I am now trying my hand at watercolor. I love the flow of watercolor; it also brings back memories of watching my dad use watercolor. I would also love to try drawing with chalk.
I only have one hobby. I love to read; I currently own 218 books most are fairy tales. I feel the types of books I read are reflected in my artwork.
When people ask what I’m going to do after college, I tell them “ I have no idea” I’m one of those people goes with the flow. I feel like God will point me in the right direction. But until then I will probably just sell my art at art fairs and online, I have no desire to be famous.
