Olá, I’m Christopher. Though I studied at York University I have done many AQ's at the University of Toronto. I’m a teacher living in Toronto, working for the Toronto District School Board. I am currently employed half time at an inner city high school where I teach Portuguese. At my school I mentor various student clubs including the Grade 9 Orientation Camp, the Portuguese Culture Club and 14 Divisions boys club at my school. I am committed to cultural relative pedagogy and have some work with TDSB's Equity department in the areas of PD and exemplar writing. My classroom is reflective of my student body and is filled with murals and paintings made by them. I love making learning fun and enjoy supplementing my lessons with various activities and use of technology. I enjoy traveling and spend my summers in the Azores.
