Cork Palestine Solidarity Campaign
Human rights in Cork, Ireland
Founded in 2002, the Cork Palestine Solidarity Campaign (CPSC) is a grassroots, member-driven organization in County Cork, Ireland, dedicated to the struggle for Palestinian freedom and an end to the Israeli occupation.
We are Cork’s front against Zionism! CPSC is a branch of the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign.
Our work has expanded significantly since October 2023, organizing sustained public action to oppose the ongoing genocide and system of apartheid and settler colonialism.
The campaign's core activities focus on public mobilization, political advocacy, education, and boycott initiatives:
· Weekly Rallies: Since October 2023, CPSC has organised a solidarity march every Saturday at 1pm from the Grand Parade, serving as a central hub for public awareness, fundraising, and community organising.
· Political Advocacy: We actively encourage Cork residents to lobby political candidates ahead of elections, providing contact details and suggested questions to pressure representatives on Palestinian rights.
· Educational Outreach & Boycotts: Beyond marches, we engage in public education, provide informational resources, and coordinate boycott campaigns against companies and products in line with the BDS movement.
Open to all, we invite new members to join our campaign, with annual membership fees of an affordable €10 for waged individuals, €5 for unwaged, and free for Palestinians.
Let us all stand together against apartheid, against imperialism, and against colonialism.
