I believe that today, more than ever, the world needs people of courage to be our leaders and role models in the areas of politics, government, business, journalism, education, religion and also within our society at large. I believe we need a shared vision of society where everybody is treated fairly and each one of us is cherished equally.

The question then arises - is the market economy, as we know it, having a positive affect on our cultures and on our society today? If the answer is 'no' then I believe that serious strategic choices will need to be made in the pursuit of authentic leadership, social justice advocacy, improved business ethics, and pristine corporate governance. With a background in occupational psychology, personnel management, industrial relations and social economics, as well as my experience in public and social policy making and conflict resolution, I believe I am well positioned to assist in making these necessary decisions.
