Cornell Wedge is a multimedia journalist from the Washington D.C. area that is and always will be a Washington Redskins fan. When he is not writing his thoughts on napkins like a struggling rapper, he is trying out new recipes in the kitchen and watching movies. A small bird told him to that he was meant to be a multimedia journalist and now he is here working hard as possible to prove that bird right. He thinks it was a canary.

As a writer and producer in many realms, Cornell has touched on various topics ranging from sports, lifestyles and feature stories for the award-winning newspaper The FAMUan. He also interns with FAMU Sports Information. Stat and log sheets have become second nature for me in various sports such as basketball, football, baseball and volleyball.

In live television, his production skills landed him the opportunity to become associate and sports producer for TV20. ENPS and Final Cut Pro are his best friends. He could reach a strict deadline in record breaking time. Cornell itches for videography opportunities. He is currently working on a short documentary that focuses on a high school basketball player that career is cut short his senior year in high school because of a torn ACL. That is just a short tidbit on what he does.
