The Haryana Pollution Control Boardis an organisation within the Haryana State Government that oversees and administers a variety of environmental legislation in order to preserve the health and safety of the state's citizens and to prevent environmental deterioration. The Haryana State Government established the NOC from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board following the enactment of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act 1974.
