Soy especialista en salud de la mujer y me dedico a ayudar a las mujeres y empoderarlas en su salud. También me apasiona la investigación, la música, y las culturas del mundo.

Me gradué de médico en Colombia, mi país de origen, luego migré a Barcelona (España) donde me especialicé en Ginecología y Obstetricia y relicé un doctorado (PhD) en la Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (2018).

Allí trabajé 4 años como ginecólogo de los cuales 2 años dedicado a la endometriosis. Ahora continuo trabajando como ginecólogo (actualmente en Pamplona y online).

Me interesa mucho la ayuda humanitaria y la cooperación internacional. He tenido un poco de experiencia en ese área, y siempre estoy abierto a participar más.

En 2019 cofundé HIRU - Health Independent Research United, una orgnización sin ánimo de lucro que apoya la investigación sanitaria transparente, participativa e independiente.

Hello.

I'm a passionate person dedicated to improving women's health.

I obtained an MD degree in Colombia, my country of origin. Then I migrated to Spain where I became an Obstetrics & Gynecology specialist.

I worked for 4 years as a gynecologist, including 2 years as an endometriosis specialist.

In 2018 I obtained a PhD degree at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (Spain), and ever since I have been dedicated to medical research.

I am also very interested in humanitarian health action and international cooperation. I have some experience in the field, and I'm always looking forward to participating more.

In 2019, I cofounded HIRU - Health Independent Research United, a non-profit organization that aims to make transparent, independent, and inclusive medical research.

I love music and travelling the world and its cultures. Those are my other passions.
