About Me

I made it my goal to reach the point where I could be paid to play for a living. At the time, I thought it meant acting or singing, but then I became a preschool teacher. Play is serious business, and it took a physical toll on my body. I was forced into an early retirement, which turned my attention to less physical forms of play: writing and editing.

While engaging in play as a career pursuit, I developed a hobby out of helping people. I became a regular weekend warrior (as well as weeknights and weekdays when my schedule permitted), dashing all over in various efforts to help others. When playing too hard forced me out of the workforce and into bed, helping others is what got me out of bed and back onto my feet.

I have now somehow backed my way into turning that hobby into a career. I still pursue opportunities to perform and create, and I continue to write and edit. Those are a few of the many skills I have in my arsenal that can be made available to you, in the event that you need them.

About the Business

Everything's Personal is my core belief that reflects in the way I do business. Whenever people are involved in any capacity, nothing is ever “just business.” There are always personal factors to consider, and sometimes personal business needs assistance. I can provide that assistance.

I can help.

I can pick up that prescription, drive you to that appointment, or collect your groceries for you. I can check your mail, water your houseplants, feed your cat, assist with moving, make a delivery, or proofread that email. If it's a personal task you simply don't have the bandwidth to attend to, I can attend to it for you.

Yes, I still do editing. I've simply expanded my menu to also include other things and be a more accurate representation of who I am and how I operate.
