My clients protect what matters most: their income, their home, their family, and the broader financial stability they are working hard to build. As an independent broker, I evaluate options across multiple insurance companies and a broad range of underwriting situations rather than steering clients toward a single company’s solution. That creates more room for practical guidance, better fit, and more honest conversations.
Some clients come to me for essential protection like final expense coverage, mortgage protection, or basic life insurance. Others are looking for more advanced planning, including permanent life insurance, indexed universal life, annuities, retirement income strategies, and more efficient approaches to legacy and wealth transfer. I value both ends of that spectrum. Good guidance should be available to people facing financial vulnerability and uncertainty, as well as to those who have built meaningful assets and want to protect them wisely.
What matters to me is not only the product, but the human reality behind the decision. Insurance is often connected to responsibility, aging, grief, debt, retirement, the family home, or the desire to leave loved ones in a stronger position. I take those moments seriously and try to bring steadiness, perspective, and real care to the conversation.
That perspective comes in part from the path that brought me here. Earlier in my career, I managed a homeless shelter and spent years teaching yoga and meditation internationally. Those experiences deepened my respect for people going through difficult transitions and reinforced the importance of patience, listening, trust, and dignity. They also shaped the way I work with clients today. People need clear answers, but they also need to feel understood, respected, and well guided when the stakes are so personal.
My background also includes substantial experience in real estate, mortgage, media, and technology. I have worked as a licensed real estate and mortgage broker, and I have held leadership roles connected to Realtor.com and the broader marketing technology world. That gives me a particularly useful lens when helping clients think through mortgage protection and the relationship between insurance, homeownership, debt, cash flow, and long-term household planning.
Earlier in my career in media and technology, I forged strategic partnerships, brought innovative products to market, and drove extraordinary growth across both startup and enterprise environments. I worked on initiatives involving major brands including Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Expedia, AT&T, Red Bull, Sony, Disney, Jack in the Box, and Taco Bell. That work sharpened my ability to simplify complexity, communicate clearly, and build trust across different kinds of people and organizations.
Today, I bring those experiences together in one practice: practical protection planning, thoughtful long-term strategy, real estate and mortgage perspective, and a service-oriented approach shaped by working closely with people from many walks of life. My goal is to help clients protect what they have built, care well for the people they love, and make important financial decisions with greater confidence.
