Cortney Henseler currently serves as the director of consumer research and analytics at AOL, Inc. In this capacity, she manages a multi-million dollar research budget and is trusted with implementing and managing the go-to-market strategy for the advertising sales research division. Cortney Henseler’s responsibilities also include supervising and training managers and senior managers across the United States in support of department goals.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Henseler has conducted research spanning a variety of mediums, including online video, multi-platform, mobile, and path-to-purchase. Recognized by the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF) as a “Great Mind,” she has presented her findings at ARF Measurement conferences and at conferences of the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research.

Possessing international experience, Cortney Henseler worked on a nearly six-month project involving communication planning and market research at the London office of Starcom MediaVest Group, where she served for a decade in multiple research positions. In addition, the professional studied international law and marketing in Spain while pursuing her degree from Marquette University.
