Greetings, I’m Cortney. I absolutely love business, teams, and helping people in businesses and teams do more! I live in Southeast Michigan, but call Toledo, Ohio my home. I've had the fortune to work with people all over the country, from Oregon to Texas to Wisconsin, and in a wide variety of industries and applications, from Non-profit to Manufacturing to Service.

I believe "the impossible just takes longer", and "I only have absolute control over myself - so change starts with me". I love people and feel like every person has a unique tapestry of experience, emotion, and knowledge that they bring to every organization. I have great respect for that fact and believe it helps me to facilitate great achievements and collaborate quickly and easily with every team I have the honor to work with.

Life is life. Sometimes it brings us to a place of needed right-sizing, sometimes it provides amazing opportunity, sometimes it blindsides us and demands painful change. The same is true in business and in the personal lives of every person I've ever worked with, coworker, client, vendor or supervisor. I attribute my success to a strong respect for and curiosity about life and it's often unexpected, amazing, and challenging way of impacting the business world.
