Cory Urbats

Hello there!

My name is Cory Urbats. I am a senior at Michigan State University and studying Marketing and specializing in Sales. I am expecting to graduate in May 2015.

Energetic, Confident, and Curious.

I am currently involved in Arbonne International as an Independent Consultant. This past spring, I worked as a teaching assistant for a Personal Selling class at Michigan State University. I was given a team of eight students to train, coach and support as the students developed their own business as Independent Consultants.

Most importantly, I have a overwhelming need to differentiate myself. Challenges? I crave them.

My guilt pleasure? Disney! I am a BIG kid at heart and still enjoy watching Finding Nemo, Hercules and now my new favorite, Frozen.

I feel comfortable with being busy and multi-tasking. When I have nothing to do, I become anxious. In order for me to be happy, I need to be active!

As cheesy as it sounds, a smile is a powerful thing. I strive to exuberate happiness with my smile. You'd be surprised at how many people smile back at you, when you smile at them.

Deciding to attend MSU has become the best deicion I ever made. I take a tremendous amount of pride in being a Spartan. You can catch be shouting "Go Green," whenever I see someone in my hometown with Spartan gear on.

Fun Fact About Me: I made a speech at my high school graduation ceremony. Since then, I fell in love with public speaking. The adereneline rush excites me and I enjoy commanding attention.

I am a goal-oriented person. I love the feeling of accomplishment and find it rewarding. One of my life goals is to live in Chicago after I graduate. Expecially while I'm still young, I want to take advantage of all the opportunities big city life entails. City life can be crazy, hectic and fast-paced. It does not intimidate me one bit.
