Hello! My name is Cory Ryan Whaley and I am a freshmen Music Education Major at East Carolina university. I am from a family of four, my mother, father, and older sister. Since I was young, I have always been able to talk in front of a crowd and introduce myself to anyone. I have always had a love for music. I started singing in church as a kid and continued by joining band in middle school and then changing to choir in high school. All through high school I participated in the marching band, jazz band, musicals that my school would produce every spring and even become the accompanist for my schools choral department. I love helping and leading people and I try to never back down from a challenge.
