it was amazing when i first got it like on Tuesday and it went on perfectly no mess ups or anything i was literally gonna give it a five star review especially since how good quality it is especially for being the first wig i have ever bought before I've never bought one til now and it matches the picture exactly with the color and everything just the next day i tried to put it on and everything was going wrong it was extremely tangled and when i tried to brush it alot of the hairs started to fall out which actually made me start crying alittle since it was so great when i had first gotten it i love the wig i just could do without the hair falling out and it getting tangled all of the time plus i had a question on what type of products i can and can't use on the wig i know it's not real hair so i can't use normal shampoo so i wanted to know what i can use on it so i won't end up messing up the wig on accident any recommendations on what type of products i can use on it? plus i mainly think the hair falling out was due to the brush since the brush isn't a great quality one also i noticed it is really thin like you can see the fabric the hairs are attached to from the top of the wig which isn't a really good thing for a cosplay wig.
