My career in Recruiting started shortly after graduating college in 2010. Not sure of exactly what I wanted to do, but knowing I wanted to work with people by building relationships and helping others I stumbled across the Recruiting world.

In 2011 I joined a national healthcare services organization recruiting and staffing nurses and other healthcare professionals in the home setting, predominantly for pediatric patients. In 2013 I decided I wanted to broaden my recruiting experience! I found HireAlliance and have been an HR Staffing Consultant ever since! Our division focuses on recruiting and staffing HR professionals in the Boston area and throughout the rest of the country.
