Hi there!! Let me start off my introducing myself, my name is Coty and I am recent alumnis of Michigan State University. I graduted this past May with a degree in journalism and I could not be more excited to see what life after college is all about!
This summer is crazy busy for me but incredibly rewarding at the same time. I am a social media intern for HOMTV in Okemos, MI and a promotions/marketing intern for Common Ground Music Festival in Lansing, MI. Aside from internships, I am a waitress at Peanut Barrel, a position that I have held onto for the past two years.
Being a Chicago native, living in East Lansing has been quite a change but one that I have loved. With the possibility of it being my last summer out here, I am making sure that I experience everything to the fullest so that I can move back home with no regrets.
When the summer comes to an end, something I am already dreading, I hope to find a full-time position in social media and/or public relations, whether it be in Michigan or somewhere else, I just want to be happy.
