You are looking for a therapist, and you may wonder which one to choose.

I can see you and listen to you in a comfortable strictly confidential setting. You will be given as much time as you like to express your feelings, your fears maybe, your worries and concerns. I will not judge you, nor will I tell you what to do. We will explore together. That’s what we do in counselling.

Now let me tell you a little about me and my work.

I always wanted to help people in a meaningful way.

After finishing my degree in Strasbourg (France) i moved to London.

I started my professional life as a secondary school teacher, and aged 40 I decided to qualify as a counsellor. I qualified in 1992.

I am Senior BACP accredited registered counsellor with over 25 years experience, both in NHS teaching hospital , and in private setting.

I enjoy the challenge of therapy and am always in awe and admiration of people who have the courage to seek help. I work short and long term. I have helped many people develop over time, it is hard work and takes commitment. I am here to help and support. I have worked with couples who seek help when they encounter difficulties, they have learned to communicate better.

I work with very sick people and/or their families, at a time of great stress for them. While I don’t cure anyone, I help make them feel better in themselves. And they are so grateful for this.

After the death of a baby, at or soon after birth, people remain traumatised. I have helped them find meaning to their lives.

When someone dies in the family, some find they are to be “strong”, which means they cannot grieve. I have been able to help those who sought help with counselling.

I have my own therapists/supervisors. I see them once a month.

My room is pleasant , quiet and easily accessible.

I work most days, including Sundays. I also offer evening appointments.

If you think that this is what you are looking for, get in touch. We will try and work together.
