Country Maison Crafts

My name is Eva, I'm 40 years old and I love everything that is pretty with a provencal french look, shabby chic and English country chic style.

Although I now live in Madrid, my hometown, I have lived in Ireland for 7 years , thus my interest for all Irish and also of English influence and I am married to a French man, and that is where my love for French also comes from.

So all in all a great mix of cultures, languages, experiences that influence my tastes and my life in general.

I dont remember exactly when I started crafting as I have seen it at home all my life.

My mother showed me my first stiches and how to crochet at an early age. At 16 probably I gave a try to a sweing machine and made my first blouse and dress. Then it all evolved over the years and I have been crocheting, crosstiching, sewing. . . I dont have a preference I like changing and it really depends on my mood.

Being a mother of 2 small children I dont have much time, but the little I have even if it's for 10 or 20 minutes I always try to spend it in the things I love.

This is more or less the 'crafty' side of me . . .
