As an academic, he serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Information Technology Department at BlueCrest University Liberia, where he actively supports students and faculty in their pursuit of success.

Courage holds a BSc in Information Technology from BlueCrest University College (2018-2022) and a Professional Diploma in System Infrastructure Management from BlueCrest | NIIT (2016-2018). Courage co-founded CYGEC IT SOLUTIONS, INC., where he held the roles of Chief Technology Officer and Technical Director, overseeing the development of technology and managing internal IT operations. He also co-founded Liberian Youth For Climate Actions (LYCA) and serves as the Technical Director, managing all technical aspects of the non-profit organization focused on climate change and action.
