Courage J F T Chileegbo

Hello🥇! I am Courage J. F. T. Chileegbo, a Liberian technology professional, youth leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for inclusive digital development. My work focuses on using technology, innovation, and capacity building to address development challenges and create opportunities for young people.

I currently serve as the Director of Cybersecurity at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Republic of Liberia. Before assuming this role, I served as the System Integration Officer, where I led the development of Liberia’s National Digital Postal Address System (NDPAS), a national digital platform developed to improve addressing and support more efficient access to services.

I am also a co-founder of CYGEC IT Solutions, Inc., a Liberian technology company providing solutions to government and private institutions, where I previously served as Chief Technology Officer. One of our major products is WHITE SCHOOL, a school management system supporting the digital administration of educational institutions.

I am also a co-founder of Liberian Youth for Climate Actions (LYCA), where I served as Technical Director and currently serve as Manager of Administration. Through LYCA, I have contributed to youth engagement in climate action, environmental sustainability, and advocacy.

I have also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at BlueCrest University Liberia, where I taught Information Technology and mentored young people, an experience that strengthened my commitment to youth development and skills building.

Across government, entrepreneurship, civil society, and education, I have developed a strong belief that young people should not simply be consulted about their future but should have opportunities to lead, contribute ideas, develop solutions, and participate meaningfully in decision-making.

In the realm of research, I have contributed to the body of knowledge in my field through impactful research papers such as "Visitors Automation System: A Tool to Solve Liberia's ever-ending long line problem in both Public and Private Sectors" and "Africa: Combating the digital divide for rapid economic growth and industrial development." He is also currently working on a research paper titled "Liberian Youth as Technopreneur - Shaping the Future of Innovation and Economic Growth."

Dedicated to sharing my knowledge, I created the "Learn With Courage" platform, a LinkedIn newsletter with over 1,900 professional subscribers, and a website (learnwithcourage.com) to help bridge the gap in technological understanding and empower people to work effectively in the digital age.
