Courtney Foster

I grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado in an incredibly entrepreneurial family. Every single person in my immediate and extended family owns their own business. I was the first person in my family to go to college. This has taught me a lot about success and how it comes in many forms. I have two much older siblings, who have taught me a lot about what's important in life. I find my strengths are not being easily intimidated, rapidly identifying the crux of things, finding creative solutions, and making the most of a bad situation. My weaknesses are being impatient, talking too loudly, and being stubborn.
