My name is Courtney Humphrey, I am currently working as a telehealth dietitian for iTherapyRx. Providing virtual nutritional counseling to those who are unable to leave their homes and those with hectic lifestyles, as well as those who are uncomfortable meeting about nutrition related health problems face to face, and much more.

I tell my patients and clients: " I am not the food police, I am not here to take things away; I am here to help you incorporate the things you love into a more balanced and healthy diet." Changing your diet is a change in lifestyle that takes time to get used to and to become routine. I am here to help you along your journey by providing you with tips and suggestions, to help you set goals along the way, and most importantly to help with motivation!

As a dietitian and former collegiate athlete, I not only know the importance that healthy eating plays on performance but I also know the importance it plays on ones everyday life.
