Courtney Kay

I am a recent graduate from California State University San Marcos, with a degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing.

I had the privilege of playing on the Women's Soccer intercollegiate team at CSU San Marcos. Playing soccer has molded me into the person I am today. It taught me the meaning of hard work, commitment, and dedication. Through soccer, I gained the characteristics of leadership, time management, selflessness, coachable, and to be a team player. I received the award Champion of Character for my team in 2014, my senior season. This is awarded to players that emulate the values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship and servant leadership.

I am a person with a passion for my family and friends, sports, collaborating with others, and working hard. With sports being one of my main priorities my entire life, it has become a passion of mine to keep sports in my life through my future career path. Along with my passion for sports, being surrounded by people and using my creativity to create something that will reach out to others is another passion of mine. Discovering what appeals to people is a success in my book, and by using the psychological and creative sides of marketing I hope to have a long, successful, future of making people happy through my work.
