I'm a fourth generation Japanese-Amerian gal born and raised in Hawaii. My middle name implies that I was queen of the jungle in the 80s.

I enjoy blogging and used to be employed by chief executive of the state of Hawaii composing gubernatorial messages.

I lived in Okinawa for two years after having my heart set on relocating to Hokkaido. But I adjusted and eventually wrote a fictional acount about my advenutres!

I'm married to a Spooky Kine guy.

My new goal in life is to become the best teacher ever.
