Hi, I'm Peter. I am an Evolutionary Biologist living and and working in Townsville, Australia. I am a Research Fellow in Ecosystem Dynamics at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies, James Cook University.
My research topics include the origins and evolution of coral reef associated fishes. I use phylogenetic to explore the deep time relationships between fishes and coral reefs to understand while these habitats are important for promoting biodiversity and how knowledge of their past dynamic can help insure their future.
