Successes of these tools include: Providing senior management with both an overview and detailed view of outstanding debt; reducing a daily six hour task to less than 15 minutes per day by automating email creation for new work requests; reducing turn around times for client requests from over 80 days to less than 10 days; self service tool for users to extract data and present in a variety of charting formats; a tool to collate estimated prices for work in a consistent format and to supply summarised reports to clients; identifying stale sales opportunities worth over $12m; management of a global Change Request process to monitor and implement changes from project teams and clients.

Chair of LGBT History Project NE, an unincorporated charity in North East England to ensure the history of LGBTQI+ people is no longer erased, covered or edited. Public events are held throughout the year with talks on a variety of LGBTQI+ subjects.
