Claire Pattison Valente

I grew up in London, with a love of motorbikes, Rock N Roll and a hankering for adventure.

In 2004 I moved out to Brazil, to my husband's native village of Prainha do Canto Verde. I blog about life here in general and all the adventures that continues to entail and on a second blog specifically about fishing which is the life blood of the village.

I write about, paint, draw and photograph life here, in a world so very different to the one I knew in London, where I was a nursery teacher and worked with children with special needs, never went fishing and hardly ever ate fish!
