Finance and accounting professional with investment management, investment banking, and entrepreneurial experience as well as CEPA, CFA and CPA (inactive) credentials.

At Clarendon Capital Management I serve as an advisor, value investor, and portfolio manager with experience across sectors, with long/short strategies, and an emphasis on special situations. Before establishing CCM, I was an investment banker and assisted corporate clients to execute nearly $2 billion in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic alternatives assessments. The breadth of my background allows me to help investment firms and companies create value addressing the following areas: strategy, building administrative infrastructure, capital allocation/capital raising, KPIs (key performance indicators), financial reporting and analysis, and M&A opportunities.

You can read my analysis and opinions on investments and business on SeekingAlpha (link above), Medium (www.medium.com/@ClarendonCapMgt), and Quora.

A particular area of interest is helping small businesses understand valuation and ways to create value, including conducting a small business acquisition or succession search.

As a Wisconsin native and University of Wisconsin-Madison alumnus, I love sports, Go Badgers!

I am passionate about value investing and engaging with entrepreneurs. My favorite activities include running by Lake Michigan, searching for the best cheeseburgers in the city, and watching college football.
