Hi, I’m Jessica. I live in Stockholm, Sverige.

I love working with people. I thrive when I can be involved in creating conditions for the development of organisations and individuals to become the best they can be. Developing leaders and get them to lift to higher levels is exciting, fun and challenging. Being able to help others to evolve and grow, to dare to see what opportunities and challenges are ahead, is incredibly rewarding. It is possible to overcome fears and dare to develop to the best that each situation offers. Meeting new people is both fun, exciting and instructive!

I work as a consultant and coach in leadership development, communication, behavioral change and HR.
