I have over 28 years experience working with court involved youth, in juvenile justice , foster care , and runaway and homeless settings. I have worked with agency staff at every level from direct care to senior leadership to address barriers to best outcomes for the clients, and the staff that work with them. I have learned one irrefutable lesson: Unless you believe in and commit to positive change and growth, sustained success is unattainable.
