Craig Greene

Craig Greene has been a Mortgage Loan Originator in Santa Barbara since 1989. Born and raised in Montecito and a fifth generation native to Santa Barbara, Craig is well aware of the unique needs of the clients in this community. Having been through the dramatic changes in the lending environment, Craig has positioned himself to be an expert in jumbo financing for high net worth individuals. Prior to joining SG Lending Division, Craig worked at Montecito Bank & Trust for 10 years and with Prospect Mortgage for the past 4 years and has consistently been a Top Producer throughout his lending career. He has grown his business from client referrals as well as through his unique marketing techniques.

Craig holds a BS in Economics from UCSD. While not working, Craig enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, especially surfing with his 2 boys, ages 16 & 18.
